We have the opportunity to purchase 1.4 acres with a huge warehouse and additional office, it is on the main road running through Gonaives; route national 1. It is about 5 minutes drive from the “big house” where we live now and 5 minutes from Jubilee

For the past 12 months we’ve been doing research, meeting with engineers, builders, bankers, accountants, grocery store owner, business as mission folks and lots of local and international friends. The owner has set a reasonable price and we have given him a down payment of 10,000.

If we get $200,000 on our Own.
